This is the third film in the Ip Man series. It is a kung fu action film jointly produced by Oriental Film Production Co., Ltd. and Tianma Film Production (HK) Co., Ltd., directed by Ye Weixin and starring Donnie Yen, Xiong Dailin, Max Zhang and Tan Yaowen. Based on Ye Wen's later years, the film tells the story of a generation of martial arts masters "fighting for life". The film was released in Hong Kong on February 24th, 20 15.
