Jinli Insurance Co., Ltd. is not a state-owned enterprise. Jinli Insurance Co., Ltd. is an insurance company, not a state-owned enterprise, but a joint-stock management company of private enterprises. It is a self-financing unit, which belongs to the management of China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. At present, only five insurance companies are state-owned enterprises, namely China Life Insurance Company, China People's Insurance Company, China Taiping Insurance Company, China Reinsurance (Group) Co., Ltd. and China Export Credit Insurance Company. So Jinli Insurance Co., Ltd. is not a state-owned enterprise.
