Beihai Branch is located in the southwest corner of Beihai City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, near the Beibu Gulf, 2 kilometers away from Beihai Port. Beihai Branch covers an area of 0.472 square kilometers. Beihai Branch is a fuel refining enterprise with an annual crude oil processing capacity of 600,000 tons. The company has two sets of atmospheric distillation and catalytic cracking production devices, and three oil products, water supply and testing auxiliary workshops. The production capacity of the main units is 60× 104t/a atmospheric distillation, 34× 104t/a catalytic cracking and 8× 104t/a catalytic gas desulfurization. The main production devices are controlled by DCS computer. The company is equipped with a dedicated dual-berth oil terminal and a dedicated railway, with complete supporting facilities such as warehousing, transportation and environmental protection. The tail gas from the refinery is recovered by Beihai Pipeline Gas Company and transported to the urban area as domestic gas for residents. 1999 Company was rated as "Cleaner Production Enterprise" by China Petrochemical Company. 1May, 1999, the company passed the measurement system certification of the State Bureau of Technical Supervision. From June 5, 2000 to February 2000, the company passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification. In February 2003, the company passed the quality management system certification of GB/T19001-2000-ISO 9001-2000.
