Enterprise change legal person process
Log in to official website and the local industrial and commercial bureau, make an appointment for change registration, download and fill in the corresponding information form, go to the industrial and commercial bureau for change registration, and submit the application form for change registration and other necessary materials. Article 35 of the Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Registration of Enterprise Legal Persons stipulates that an enterprise legal person shall submit the following documents and certificates when applying for change of registration in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulations.
The application for change registration signed by the legal representative, the approval documents of the original competent department and other relevant documents and certificates. Article 42 stipulates that if a business unit changes the main items of industrial and commercial registration, it shall apply for registration of change. The procedures for registration of change and the documents and certificates to be submitted shall be implemented with reference to the relevant provisions on registration of change of enterprise as a legal person.
Legal Basis Article 35 When an enterprise as a legal person applies for registration of change in accordance with Article 17 of the Regulations, it shall submit the following documents and certificates, an application for registration of change signed by its legal representative, the approval documents of the original competent department and other relevant documents and certificates.
