Is it normal for the company to have a meeting every day?

Different companies have different styles, but it is not normal to have too many meetings. There may be the following reasons:

How to treat this meeting:

From the company's point of view, I think a certain amount of meetings are necessary. Let subordinates report their work this week or this month through meetings, and management can also convey the above opinions to subordinates through meetings, assign tasks and discuss some problem solutions, which is beneficial to the development of individuals and companies;

Many companies will set up morning meetings so that each employee can take turns to be the host, so that they can prepare a news, an anecdote or something they want to say. Such a morning meeting is also conducive to strengthening the self-confidence and sense of responsibility of each employee and promoting the cohesion of the whole team and a good working atmosphere.

However, some companies or supervisors will abuse the meeting. They may hold meetings more than twice a day and 10 times a week. This frequency is likely to interrupt employees' work concentration and kill their enthusiasm.

Some companies even hold meetings to discuss some unimportant things, or they don't control the content, process and time well, which leads to the content digression, the problem can't be solved and the time is too long.
