China Sigma Co., Ltd. was originally affiliated to China Academy of Sciences, formerly known as China Sigma Photoelectric Co., Ltd.. 1993 introduced social capital for major restructuring, and 1994 was officially renamed as China Sigma Co., Ltd. with the approval of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce in August. After more than 20 years of unremitting efforts, it has developed and expanded, and its assets have increased rapidly. At present, there are more than 30 wholly-owned, holding and shareholding enterprises. China Sigma Co., Ltd. has developed into a national, cross-industry and large-scale joint-stock group company focusing on investment.
