General situation of Liaoning coal in Liaoning Coal Industry Administration Bureau

Liaoning Coal Industry Administration was established in June 2005 on the basis of the former Provincial Coal Industry Bureau. It is a public institution directly under the provincial government with a departmental organizational system.
