How often does the company law lose its announcement?

Legal analysis: The company law stipulates that the time for loss announcement is generally 60 days, and the number of loss announcements is once. If the company's important seal is lost, it must be published in the designated newspapers and periodicals before it can be reissued. After the announcement time, the relevant state units will continue to take the next step to issue relevant replacement materials to the parties. It is impossible to reissue it without a report of loss reporting.
