Private enterprises, referred to as private enterprises, companies or enterprise categories, refer to all non-public enterprises. There is no concept of "private enterprise" in People's Republic of China (PRC) law. "Private enterprises" only came into being in the process of China's economic system reform.
Private enterprises, except "state-owned" and "state-controlled", are all private enterprises as long as they have no state-owned capital. This word is very common in Chinese mainland and Taiwan Province province.
