According to Ba Li's external announcement, on February 6th, 2020, 65,438, Lu Fengxian, the controlling shareholder of Ba Li, intends to transfer 200 shares of the company17,755,200 to Yancheng Oriental Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. by agreement at a transfer price of 342 million yuan. This equity transfer is Yancheng Oriental's second investment after its shareholding in Ba Li last year. After the equity transfer is completed, Yancheng Oriental will be listed.
