Notification of epidemic prevention and control measures

According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the epidemic prevention and control headquarters of novel coronavirus, Zengcheng District decided to add temporary control areas from 6: 00 on1October 28th (1October 30th 165438+24: 00) and continue to strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures as follows:
First, increase the temporary control area
Yongning Street: Genting Community in Country Garden, Dongling Square.
(2) Zhongxin Town: China Aviation City Garden Phase I, Hengda Shanshui County Community, Overseas Chinese Construction Phase III Workers' Dormitory, Hengchuang Industrial Park, Guangzhou Hexin Industrial Company and its surroundings.
(3) Xintang Town: some areas of Nan 'an Village, Xindun Village, Xiapu Village, Nizi Village and Jiuyu Village, some areas of Zhongcheng Wisdom Garden, and Cui Hu Garden in Emerald State.
(4) Shitan Town: Zhengtian Village.
(5) Zengjiang Street: xishan village, Lucun, Jian Kang Industrial Park, Jinxiu Chen Xing Community and Fucheng Hua Ting Community.
(6) Licheng Street: Liaocun Village and Liaogetang Village.
(7) Ningxi Street: Poly I Cube Garden.
Two, the continuation of Yongning Street, Zengjiang Street in some areas to strengthen epidemic prevention and control measures.
According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, the areas and measures to strengthen epidemic prevention and control stipulated in the Notice on Strengthening Social Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures in Yongning Street (No.96) and Notice on Strengthening Epidemic Prevention and Control Measures in Some Areas of Zengjiang Street (No.0/00) continued until 24: 00 on1October 30.
Three. Preventive and control measures in temporary control area
Yongning Street and Zengjiang Street have newly added temporary control areas and areas where existing epidemic prevention and control measures have been strengthened (except for high-risk areas), and prevention and control measures such as "leaving the area, taking things at different peaks, and closing down" have been taken, as follows:
(1) Strictly restrict the flow of personnel. In principle, people should not go out, visit, meet or gather unless they receive nucleic acid testing and emergency medical treatment. Community communities, villages and industrial parks are semi-closed management, and measures such as temperature measurement, on-site code scanning and negative proof of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours are strictly implemented at check-in points.
(2) Implement temporary traffic control. The bus service has been suspended. In addition to ensuring the basic operation of the city and the traffic of vehicles related to epidemic prevention and control under the premise of implementing corresponding management measures, other vehicles (including electric vehicles and bicycles) do not flow in principle.
(3) Working from home. In addition to medical personnel, suppliers, community workers, urban operation support personnel, volunteers, cadres and workers of government agencies and institutions who undertake epidemic prevention tasks, other personnel work at home in principle, or turn to community volunteers on the spot to report to their communities and fully participate in community epidemic prevention work and community services.
(four) to ensure the operation of the city. In addition to ensuring the normal operation of industries and places such as water, electricity, fuel oil, gas, communication, sanitation, supply of grain, oil, meat and vegetables, logistics and freight, life supermarkets (including meat market), pharmacies, medical institutions, catering enterprises (providing express service only), the rest of the production and business premises are suspended. All communities and village (neighborhood) committees should strengthen the code scanning verification work such as "place code", and must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid detection within 24 hours before entering the above places.
(5) Conducting "due diligence" nucleic acid detection. Citizens within the jurisdiction should participate in all rounds of nucleic acid testing in accordance with the requirements of "everyone should check and no one can leak". According to the notice of the community and village where you live, take part in nucleic acid testing at different times, strictly protect yourself, wear a mask regularly, keep the distance above 1 m, and return home immediately after testing.
(6) Timely community report. People returning from key epidemic-related areas should report to the community in time and implement epidemic prevention and control measures as required.
The scope of risk areas and control requirements will be adjusted in a timely manner according to the changes in the epidemic prevention and control situation, and the public is invited to cooperate with relevant control measures. Units and individuals that fail to perform their main responsibilities and refuse to implement epidemic prevention requirements, resulting in the spread of the epidemic, will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.
