What is the principle and function of high temperature graphitization furnace?

Ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace

Horizontal ultra-high temperature graphitization furnace is a kind of high-performance intelligent ultra-high temperature equipment developed by our company's engineers and technicians with the strong support of domestic research institutes and universities. The highest working temperature of the equipment is as high as 3000℃.

Uses: Used for high-temperature graphitization of carbon fiber, phosphor graphite, carbon structural parts (products), carbon/carbon composite products, carbon materials and other graphite materials. Other materials that can be sintered and purified in carbon environment.

Features: Imported thermal insulation materials and advanced furnace structure are adopted, and the maximum service temperature is as high as 3000℃. When it is used to graphitize carbon fiber filaments, the filaments enter from one end and exit from the other end, and simultaneously pay off and take up, with high production efficiency. Vertical temperature measurement is adopted, and the placement of thermometer does not affect the wiring. (This temperature measurement method fills the gap in China). When it is used to graphitize phosphorus flake graphite or carbon powder, it is continuously produced by pushing boat, which has high production efficiency and saves energy. Adopting digital intelligent temperature control system, the temperature measurement and control process is fully automatic with high precision. The system can raise the temperature according to the given heating curve, and can store 20 ***400 different process heating curves. The connecting cable between the control cabinet and the furnace body of the integrated PLC water, electricity and gas automatic control and protection system can be as long as 20m, and the equipment can be controlled remotely.

Main technical parameters: maximum service temperature: 3000℃, furnace type: φ 30-φ 300x500-2000mm, or square temperature uniformity: ≤ 10℃ temperature measurement: far infrared optical temperature measurement range: 1000 ~ 3000℃ or 0 ~ 3000℃; Temperature measurement accuracy: 0.2 ~ 0.75%.
