Notice of board of directors
Before issuing the notice of convening the regular meeting of the board of directors, the office of the board of directors shall fully solicit the opinions of all directors, initially form a meeting proposal and submit it to the chairman for drafting. Before drafting the proposal, the chairman of the board shall solicit the opinions of the general manager and other senior management personnel as necessary. After the notice of the interim meeting of the board of directors is issued, if it is necessary to change the meeting time and place or add, change or cancel the meeting proposal, the consent of all directors present at the meeting shall be obtained in advance and the corresponding records shall be made.
