Who is Hou? Independent director of job power

Hou: Male, born in June, 1976, China nationality, without permanent residency abroad, bachelor degree, senior engineer. He has served as Assistant Director, Deputy Director and Director of Beijing Work Department of China Automotive Technology Research Center, and is currently Deputy Secretary-General of China Automotive Engineering Society and an independent director of the Company.
