Fengfeng Company put forward the agricultural circular economy model, that is, the wastes generated from planting and aquaculture or raw material processing enter the biogas project for anaerobic fermentation, the generated biogas and electric energy generated from biogas are sold or recycled to aquaculture, and the generated biogas residue and biogas slurry are sold or used for planting, thus breaking the traditional production model of "resources-products-pollution-emission" and establishing the production model of "resources-products-renewable resources". This enterprise is the key leading enterprise of agricultural industrialization in Sichuan Province and one of the influential poultry processing enterprises in Southwest China. The project area will build the largest commercial duck production base in the west of China and a circular agriculture demonstration base integrating planting, breeding, processing, biogas and fertilizer.
Present situation and planning of land scale transfer
Status: The land transfer area in the project area is 5660 mu, including 260 mu of watermelon planting base in Gaojian Village, 300 mu of green onion planting base in Lehe Village, 35 mu of golden pear planting base in Sandong Village and 65 mu of flower planting. Relying on Fengfeng Modern Agricultural Park, 5,000 mu of land was transferred in 2007, including 2,500 mu in Gaojian Village, 2,200 mu in Sandong Village and 300 mu in Tianzhu Community.
Plan: 3,000 mu of land will be transferred to Fengfeng Modern Agricultural Park on October 20, 2008, including 500 mu in Gaojian Village, 300 mu in Sandong Village and 2,200 mu in Lehe Village.
Present situation and planning of agricultural industry absorbing rural labor force

At the same time, according to the land lease agreement, the park owners pay rent to farmers at the market price of 600 kilograms of rice per mu every year, and farmers have no cost income of more than 700 yuan. Together with the income from working in the park and going out to work, the per capita net income will increase from 4000 yuan to about 6000 yuan.
