Project characteristics
The project has the most precious five-kilometer-long white sand beach in the local area, and many hundreds of millions of years of reefs have formed beautiful natural landscapes. The surrounding tourism resources such as Reef Park and Mangrove Park and the provincial No.2 greenway crossing the project are exactly the same as the "low-carbon" life of this beautiful international seaside holiday.
The project is backed by Hong Kong and Shenzhen, the third largest metropolitan area in the world, about 40 minutes' drive from Shenzhen. The Shenzhen-Shantou Expressway, the extension line of Guanghui Expressway and the eastern coastal expressway create a prosperous life of 1.5 hours. The Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong high-speed railway, which will be opened in July, is directly connected with the Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railway at Shenzhen North Station. By then, the Shenzhen-Xiamen, Guangzhou-Shenzhen-Hong Kong and Wuhan-Guangzhou high-speed railways will run through Shenzhen, and the central and southern regions will be connected quickly.
