Guo Yingcheng, male, born in 1964, a native of Puning City, Guangdong Province, holds an EMBA degree from Tongji University. Caesar Group Holdings Limited was established in 1999, and Caesar Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2009. Mr. Guo is currently Chairman and Executive Director of the Board of Directors of Group Holdings Limited, Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors of Sing Tao News Group Limited and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Capital Investment Group.
Guo Yingcheng has rich knowledge and experience in real estate development, investment and financing management and other fields. Now he is the head of strategic planning and development of Caesar Group, mainly responsible for the overall strategy, investment plan and human resources strategy of Caesar Group.
