Consumers complain about cancelled companies.

Legal subjectivity:

According to the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Consumer Rights and Interests, China Consumers Association and its associations at all levels under its guidance perform the following seven functions: 1. Providing consumers with consumption information and consulting services; 2 to participate in the supervision and inspection of goods and services by the relevant administrative departments; 3. Reflect, inquire and make suggestions to the relevant administrative departments on the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; 4. Accepting consumer complaints, and investigating and mediating the complaints; 5 complaints concerning the quality of goods and services may be submitted to the appraisal department, which shall inform the appraisal conclusion; 6. Support the injured consumers to file a lawsuit against acts that harm the legitimate rights and interests of consumers; 7. Expose and criticize behaviors that harm consumers' legitimate rights and interests through mass media.

Legal objectivity:

Article 12 of the Law on the Protection of Consumers' Rights and Interests: Consumers have the right to establish social organizations to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests according to law. Article 13 Consumers have the right to acquire knowledge about consumption and the protection of consumers' rights and interests. Consumers should strive to master the knowledge and skills of the goods or services they need, use the goods correctly and raise their awareness of self-protection. Article 39 Disputes over consumers' rights and interests between consumers and business operators can be resolved through the following channels: (1) settlement through consultation with business operators; (2) Requesting consumers' associations or other mediation organizations established according to law to mediate; (three) to complain to the relevant administrative departments; (four) according to the arbitration agreement reached with the operator, submit it to an arbitration institution for arbitration; (5) bring a lawsuit to the people's court.
