Differences between Article 42 and Article 103 of the Company Law

1. According to Article 42 of the Company Law, the shareholders shall exercise their voting rights at the shareholders' meeting in proportion to their capital contribution, unless otherwise stipulated in the Articles of Association.

2. Article 103 1 of the Company Law stipulates that when shareholders attend the shareholders' meeting, each share they hold has one vote, but the shares they hold in the company have no voting right. The contents of these two paragraphs are different.
