The full name of Chen Guang Chemical Research Institute is Blue Chen Guang Chemical Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., located in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Its predecessor was Chen Guang Chemical Research Institute of Ministry of Chemical Industry. 1999 is a state-owned enterprise of the central government in Sichuan, which belongs to China National Chemical Corporation.
Chen Guang Chemical Research Institute is one of the important bases in China engaged in the research and production of new polymer synthetic materials. 1965 was jointly established by 24 scientific research institutes and production enterprises in Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and Shenyang.
