(3) According to the national economic development plan, national industrial policy, electric power industry development plan, market demand and strategic plan of State Grid Corporation, formulate and organize the implementation of the company's development strategy, medium and long-term development plan, annual plan and major production and operation decisions. Responsible for planning the development of North China power grid, and put forward suggestions on the development planning of North China power industry.
(four) responsible for the management of North China Power Grid, and participate in the investment, construction and operation of power transmission and transformation projects and peak-shaving and frequency-modulation power supply projects in North China Power Grid.
(5) To organize, direct, guide and coordinate the safe, stable, high-quality and economic operation of North China Power Grid according to the implementation of dispatching management and the principle of unified dispatching and hierarchical management.
(six) to cultivate the North China power market, manage the North China Power Dispatching and Trading Center, and participate in the power trading between North China Power Grid and other power grids.

Accelerate technological innovation and scientific and technological progress, enhance market competitiveness, and promote the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the company.
(eight) to deepen enterprise reform, accelerate structural adjustment, change the operating mechanism, strengthen internal management, and do a good job in enterprise restructuring, streamlining institutions and re-employment of surplus personnel.
