Fenghe Company's 2×600MW project is a key power construction project in Henan Province during the 11th Five-Year Plan. The extension end of the original Hebi Power Plant extends from north to south, with a total dynamic investment of 4.52 billion yuan. The legal documents of the project are complete, and it has passed the special examination and approval of land and environmental protection successively, and was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission on June 5438+ 10, 2006. The project started construction on September 30, 2005, and two units were completed and put into operation in September 2007 and February 2007 12 respectively. In 2008, it passed the special acceptance of fire protection, environmental protection and archives.
