Article 7 When an enterprise as a legal person applies for the change of registration of its legal representative, it shall submit the following documents to the original enterprise registration authority: (1) the dismissal document of the original legal representative of the enterprise; (two) the appointment documents of the new legal representative of the enterprise; (3) An application for registration of change signed by the original legal representative of the enterprise. If the legal representative of a limited liability company or a joint stock limited company is unable or refuses to sign the application for registration of change under any of the circumstances listed in Article 4 of these Provisions during his term of office, the legal representative of the proposed company shall sign the application for registration of change according to the resolution of the shareholders' meeting or the board of directors on changing the legal representative of the company. If the legal representative of an enterprise as a legal person other than a company as a legal person is unable or refuses to sign an application for registration of change under any of the circumstances listed in Article 4 of these Provisions during his term of office, the proposed legal representative of the enterprise shall sign it according to the decision of the investor of the enterprise on changing the legal representative of the enterprise.
