3. SmartCom Telecom Group Co., Ltd.-is the parent company of SmartCom Telecom Co., Ltd. and SmartCom 3G Co., Ltd., and Sun Hung Kai Properties is the major shareholder of the Company.

4.Sunday Communications Limited is the parent company of Huiya Communications Limited and SUNDAY 3G (Hong Kong) Limited, and PCCW is the major shareholder of the Company.
