Concrete sealing curing agent, also known as liquid hardening agent and cement penetrant, reacts with semi-hydrated cement, free calcium, silicon dioxide and other substances contained in solidified concrete through a series of complex chemical reactions to generate hard substances, which will eventually improve the compactness of concrete surface, thus improving the strength, hardness, wear resistance and impermeability of concrete surface. Function: 1. The final products of complex chemical reactions will block and seal the structural pores of concrete. The improvement of strength will lead to the improvement of surface hardness, and the improvement of compactness will lead to the improvement of impermeability. The path of water flow is reduced, that is, the invasion of harmful substances is reduced, thus greatly enhancing the corrosion resistance of concrete to chemical substances. Therefore, the sealing curing agent on the concrete surface can bring long-term sealing, firmness, wear resistance and dust-free effects to the concrete surface. 2, sealed and dustproof, hardened and wear-resistant; Chemical erosion resistance; Permanent luster (with the passage of time, the treated concrete floor will appear charming waxy luster); Good anti-aging performance; Convenient construction and environmentally friendly process (colorless and odorless); Reduce maintenance costs, one-time construction and permanent protection.
Construction technology: 1. Use a 300-mesh epoxy professional grinder to polish completely (it can be polished after wet treatment with clear water) to expose a clean and fresh concrete surface. 2. After grinding, evenly spray "Nedis" concrete sealing curing agent on the ground (dosage per square meter: 0.4kg-0.5kg). After the ground is kept wet for 4 hours, when the surface becomes sticky, clean the whole surface with clear water, remove all the clear water and naturally dry for more than 24 hours. 3. After the ground is completely dry, polish the ground. First, use a 500-mesh epoxy professional grinder to polish completely (2-3 times), and initially polish the whole base surface.
4. Use a 1000-mesh epoxy resin professional grinder for overall fine grinding (2-3 times) to comprehensively polish the entire base surface. 5. Use professional floor washing equipment to clean the ground.
