After washing, the zinc content in leaching residue decreased from 6.37% to 7.5%, with an average of 3. 10%. The press filtrate contains 36 g/L of zinc, and the zinc-precipitated slag after hydrolysis contains 23.30% of zinc, and then it is used as raw material to produce electrolytic zinc. After the recovery device is put into production, it can recover metallic zinc 1.2 ~ 1.5 million tons every year, achieving an economic value of1.80 billion yuan. In the process of zinc smelting and purification, not only qualified zinc liquid is produced, but also copper and cadmium slag is produced, and the economic value of copper and cadmium is better than that of zinc.
