The tobacco industry in China implements the management system of unified leadership, vertical management and monopoly. The State Tobacco Monopoly Bureau and China Tobacco Corporation conduct centralized and unified management of "people, money, materials, production, supply, sales, domestic, foreign and trade" in the national tobacco industry. The total number of employees in China's tobacco industry is about 520,000, and there are 33 provincial tobacco monopoly bureaus (companies), 45 municipal tobacco monopoly bureaus (companies) and 2,426 county tobacco monopoly bureaus (branches or marketing departments). 0/9 provincial cigarette industrial companies and 94 cigarette production points; 26 threshing and redrying enterprises; 506 diversified enterprises; Invest and set up 30 cigarette factories and supporting enterprises overseas.
