(2) An enterprise shall designate a special person as a liaison to handle matters related to the publicity of the annual report, and file its name, ID card and mobile phone number with the administrative department for industry and commerce through the publicity system of enterprise credit information in Liaoning Province. Where the record information of the liaison officer changes, the enterprise shall timely file with the administrative department for industry and commerce.
