The measured liquid in the sensor flows normally, but the signal converter has no flow signal output. Possible causes: (troubleshooting wiring installation problems and interference) 1. Internal components/circuits of the signal converter are damaged. When the power supply circuit, signal processing circuit, signal output circuit or its components of the flowmeter are damaged by interference, the signal converter will not work. Because these circuits have interfaces with external circuits/environments, if the isolation, high resistance or protection circuits are not in place, the circuits will be easily damaged, which will affect the overall work of the signal converter. 2. The sensor component is damaged or the adhesive layer on the inner wall of the measurement leads to failure, and the signal electrode in the sensor is corroded or the insulating oxide layer is attached to the electrode, so the signal converter will not be able to obtain the flow signal from the electrode. 3. Power failure, etc. 4. Connecting cables (excitation circuit, signal circuit) and other system failures.
