It is illegal to buy and sell the customer information of an agency. Relevant information shows that according to Article 10 of the newly implemented Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Protection of Personal Information (2021/KLOC-0), no organization or individual may illegally collect, use, process or transmit other people's personal information, or illegally buy, sell, provide or disclose other people's personal information.
