Tang Xuanzang is a historical film jointly produced by China Film Co., Ltd. and Beijing Universal Xiang Hao Film Culture Media Co., Ltd., directed by Jianqi Huo and starring Huang Xiaoming, Xu Zheming, Luo Jin, Lou, etc. The film tells the legendary story of Xuanzang, a monk in the Tang Dynasty, who went to Tianzhu to learn Buddhist scriptures after 19 years of difficulties and obstacles. The film was released in China on April 29th, 20 16.
