Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agricultural Reclamation Group Company is a subordinate unit of the General Administration of Agricultural Reclamation, referred to as Beidahuang Group for short. For a long time, the Administration and Beidahuang Group did not distinguish between government and enterprises. In September, 2008, the operation of Beidahuang Group was separated, assuming that all the subordinate enterprises of agricultural reclamation were managed by Beidahuang Group. At present, it has not been implemented, and the leading enterprises under the State Administration of Land Reclamation are still appointed and removed by the State Administration of Land Reclamation.
Heilongjiang Beidahuang Agricultural Co., Ltd. is strictly a subsidiary of Beidahuang Group Corporation and a listed company operated by the State Administration of Land Reclamation, including 16 farm and three companies.
