Comrade Wang Tao is directly responsible and Comrade Wu Zhi is responsible. The second phase of Shougang Jingtang Iron and Steel Co., Ltd. is constructed in two steps. After the second phase is completed in one step, the output value reaches 5.03 million tons of molten iron, 5.3 million tons of billet and 5 million tons of primary raw materials. At the end of the second phase, the output value reached 89 1 10,000 t/ year for molten iron, 9.4 million t/ year for billet and 9 million t/ year for primary material. The one-step main project of the second phase includes a large mechanized comprehensive material yard, two 7.63m coke ovens,1.500m2 sintering machine,1.5500m3 large blast furnace and two steelmaking workshops: the second steelmaking workshop (2× 200t converter workshop). Three steel mills (2×300 1 converter workshop), two sets of high-speed wire rod mills, 1 set of large, medium and small bar mills, 1 set of 5000 double wide plate mills and two sets of 500t/d simple kilns.
The main works in the second step of Phase II include the continuation of large-scale mechanized raw material yard, two 7.63m coke ovens, 1 500m2 sintering machine, 1 500 m2 sintering machine, 1 504m belt roaster, 1 large blast furnace, and the continuation of the third steelmaking: KR desulfurization and 65433. Add 1780mm hot tandem mill, 1550mm pickling-cold rolling mill and two 500t/d simple kilns.
