Suzhou Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. and China Tailing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd. agreed that Tailing Pharmaceutical will acquire 80% of the shares of Suzhou No.1 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. in 20 12, and the remaining 20% of the shares. Since then, Suzhou No.1 Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has become a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Tailing Pharmaceutical Group. There is no contact with Suzhou pharmaceutical group co., ltd.
