This mainly depends on the company's big organizational structure.
If PMC includes procurement and logistics,
Then the general post settings are as follows:
The first stage: PMC manager,
Every other stage: planning supervisor, warehouse supervisor, purchasing supervisor and freight supervisor.
The third stage: planning part-PC, MC, merchandiser and clerk. (there may be a deputy supervisor who is mainly responsible for PC or MC)
Warehouse part-warehouse manager, staff, (there may be deputy supervisor or team leader/monitor)
Purchasing department-purchasing engineer, buyer, clerk (possibly deputy supervisor)
Part-time freight forwarder-driver, deliveryman, clerk (there may be a deputy supervisor)
The fourth stage: warehouse keeper-warehouse keeper, porter, etc.
Purchasing parts-purchase orders, purchasing assistants, etc.
If PMC only works in the planning department, the post configuration will be more complete. See below.
The first stage: PMC manager
The second stage: PC supervisor and MC supervisor
