Lu Mei, vice president of China Inspection and Certification Group and director of China Quality Certification Center, was elected as the chairman of the cluster, while Wang Yaohai, chairman of Opal Lighting Co., Ltd. and Wei Bin, deputy general manager of Foshan Electric Lighting Co., Ltd. were the vice chairmen of the cluster.
