Three. Party B's responsibilities
1. 2. According to Party A's requirements, clean up the sanitary area in charge, publicize and urge the villagers' garbage in bags or barrels, collect and transport it to the garbage pool on time and point by point, ensure that the villagers' domestic garbage is cleaned every day, and prohibit burning garbage in the open air. At the same time, the garbage points (barrels, barrels, boxes and pools) should be kept clean, and the outer body should be clean. There should be no obvious dust and dirt on the internal and external walls of buildings.

5. In the inspection and spot check, if the sanitary area under the jurisdiction of Party A is under any of the following circumstances, it will be deducted from 10-500 yuan.

(2) can not be cleaned on time, cleaning or cleaning is not clean;
(3) There are sundries and sanitary corners in the clean area;

If they are lost or damaged, compensation shall be paid according to the price. Cleaning tools such as brooms, dump trucks and shovels shall be kept by cleaning personnel themselves. In the course of Party B's work, all the consequences of safety accidents or other accidents caused by violation of operation requirements or man-made reasons shall be borne by Party B, and Party A shall not bear any responsibility.

Party B shall carry out cleaning according to the scope specified by Party A, and the cleaning personnel must obey the management of the village health director. Party A often organizes personnel to carry out unscheduled inspections, and has the right to assess Party B if it does not meet the job requirements. Party A has the right to supervise and inspect the cleaning services provided by Party B, and to put forward opinions and suggestions on Party B's services. Party B shall actively adopt Party A's reasonable suggestions on cleanliness.
