The installed capacity of the company is 3×75t/h circulating fluidized bed boiler and/kloc-0 /×15mw+/kloc-0 /×18mw condensing steam turbine generator set, with a total investment of 250 million yuan. The project was originally funded by Pei County, and the factory was acquired by Hong Kong Xiexin (Group) Holding Co., Ltd., with the strong support of the municipal and county government departments, the project quickly invested funds and established an efficient management system, and the project was fully resumed on February 28th. 1999. Through the joint efforts of all staff, it took less than five months to realize the formal grid connection of # 1 unit on May 18, 2000, and the grid connection of #2 unit on July 18, 2000.
