Lanzhou Urban Development Investment Co., Ltd., formerly known as Lanzhou Urban Infrastructure Construction Investment Co., Ltd., was established in September 2000 with a registered capital of 98 million yuan, and was then affiliated to the Municipal Construction Committee. In May 2005, the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government decided to reorganize it into Lanzhou City Development Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Lanzhou City Investment), and at the same time put out two brands, Lanzhou City Development Investment Center and Lanzhou City Land Reserve Center, and implemented the principle of "three brands, one team, joint operation" and followed the principle of "clear functions, co-location, sharing and combination, convenient management, easy operation and company management". Authorized by the municipal government, Lanzhou Development and Investment Center is responsible for the macro-planning, coordinated support and external supervision of urban land resources, infrastructure, public utilities and related state-owned assets; Lanzhou Land Reserve Center, under the supervision of the municipal land and resources department, is responsible for the acquisition, reserve and development of land reserves and operating land within the city. Lanzhou Chengtou is a wholly state-owned enterprise affiliated to Lanzhou Municipal People's Government with a registered capital of 2.2 billion yuan, which is mainly responsible for urban land reserve, asset management, project construction and financing development.
On April 20 10, the 68th meeting of the Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee decided to merge the Lanzhou Urban Development Investment Center and the Lanzhou Land Reserve Center to establish the Lanzhou Land Reserve Investment Center, and implement the operation mode of "two brands and one set of people" with Lanzhou Urban Investment.
