The welfare is basically the same as that of state-owned enterprises, with three insurance hardware+holiday red envelopes+holiday shopping cards. The only drawback is that because of the nature of work, there are fewer holidays. Except for legal holidays, you can only rest for 4 days a month (one day a week).
As for the company environment, the old factory is really not so good, but now the new industrial park has clean windows, 5S management standards, and leaders of large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and foreign guests often visit it.
