Which department is in charge of Rizhao Port Group?

Rizhao Port Group Company is now a pure state-owned enterprise. Before the reform, its level was the deputy department level (a deputy mayor in Rizhao concurrently), directly under the Ministry of Communications. Now it belongs to Rizhao city, and there is no administrative level. The Provincial Department of Transportation, especially the Port and Shipping Administration of the Provincial Department of Transportation, belongs to the superior industry department.
