Did Tianqi film acquire successfully?

The acquisition of space-based model failed. Tianqimo responded on the interactive platform of investor relations that after signing the Intention Agreement on Control Transfer, as of June 20, 2023, the company's control transfer has not been successfully obtained. However, both parties agree that the equity transfer needs to continue and the relevant preparatory work (including the state-owned assets approval process) is continuing.
