Second, this year's work content

(1) Daily work content

(1) When the material is full, the workshop centrifuge cannot be started. I went to check and found that the centrifuge was too heavy to start. The output power of frequency converter can't overcome this torque, and the centrifuge can't start. After understanding the working reason, I reset the starting torque of the inverter and put in DC braking resistor, which extended the starting time and ensured the normal use of the centrifuge.

(2) 1 When the frequency converter of the induced draft fan in the workshop stops normally, it always reports "Stop and Overcurrent". After my analysis, I found that when parking, the operator stopped too fast and stopped too fast, and did not gradually reduce the frequency. In order to solve this problem completely, I installed a DC reactor for the inverter and set the parameters of the DC reactor, which solved this problem from the technical level. In addition, in order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, I also explained the normal startup procedures and precautions of the equipment to the operators in xx workshop.

(3) The pressure of the thin film evaporator in the workshop is always at a high level, which cannot guarantee the normal operation of production. After consultation with Bai Yang, I suggest adopting frequency conversion control mode. Manually control the equipment pressure to ensure the stability of production. Finally, we installed frequency converters for 8 thin-film evaporators, and after a period of operation, it was determined that the effect reached the expected requirements.

(4) When the reverse osmosis high-pressure pump in the third workshop was put into trial operation, the frequency converter could not work normally. After checking, I found that the parameters of the inverter were artificially changed, which led to the conflict of the operating parameters of the inverter. In order to solve this problem, I reset the parameters to ensure the formal use of the equipment.

(5) During the operation of the centrifuge in the dewatering room of the sewage station, a current fault was reported. After on-site inspection, I confirmed that there was something wrong with the motor of the inverter. After further inspection of the motor, it was found that the motor was short-circuited between turns. After the motor was repaired, the equipment returned to normal.

(6) The main hot water solenoid valve and circuit board in the workshop are often broken. I think the working power supply is polluted by DC appliances such as frequency converter, which leads to voltage superposition and high voltage, which leads to breakdown of the working circuit board. Therefore, I suggest that the workshop install a voltage regulator to supply power to the instrument and equipment alone, so as to ensure the safe use and stable operation of the instrument and equipment.

These are just a small part of my daily work. Such sudden accidents often happen. When I need to deal with them, I am always the first to come to the scene, and try my best to troubleshoot the workshop as soon as possible and restore the normal operation of the equipment.

(2) Technical transformation

(1) In July, the main circuit of xx frequency conversion control cabinet was technically reformed, from 4 transformer load circuit to1transformer load circuit. Reduce the load of four transformers. Before the transformation, the maximum load of the transformer can reach above xxx, which is more than 15% higher than the rated current of the transformer, which seriously threatens the safe operation of the transformer and leaves great hidden dangers for the normal production of the workshop.

In this regard, under the unified leadership of the workshop, we put forward a plan and carried out the above transformation after feasibility demonstration. Through transformation, the load of No.4 transformer can be kept below xxx in high production stage, which ensures the safety of equipment and achieves the expected effect of transformation.

(2) In August, xx Workshop 1-4 electric control loop of boiler drum and induced draft fan was carried out.

Chain transformation. The 1-4 furnace in xx workshop is the old equipment removed by Dayao. The old drum induced draft fan has no electrical control chain. In production, when the induced draft fan stops due to an accident and the blower continues to run, it may cause xx tempering, which may lead to injuries to equipment and personnel. In this regard, in the absence of drawings, I measured the electrical circuit of the drum and induced draft fan motor control frequency conversion cabinet in xx workshop, and finally found the way of chain control. With the cooperation of the electrical maintenance team, I completed the transformation and achieved the goal of transformation.

(3) In June+10, 5438, the interlock control mode of reverse osmosis electrical instruments in xxx workshop was reformed. In the past, the system only provided high-pressure and high-temperature quick break protection, but did not provide low-pressure shutdown protection, which easily caused the high-pressure pump to burn out. However, in the process of restoring low-voltage protection, there was a fault that the low-voltage cleaning pump could not start the car. After communicating with the workshop, it was found that the original manufacturer's drawing design was defective. After I changed the drawings and connected the chain lines in a new way, the equipment returned to normal.

(4) During the project construction, due to the connection between the design and the old and new equipment, some workshops did not install meters. I installed meters for this part of the circuit under the arrangement of the workshop. The specific installation location is xx Jingdong on the first floor and East on the third floor; The southern dining hall sends electricity to the street lamps on the 30-meter road; Two refrigeration power supply circuits in the finished product warehouse in area X, etc.
