Since the beginning of the new century, the development of the First Bureau has focused on the high-end market, focusing on large-scale super-high-rise intelligent buildings and large-scale high-tech electronic factories, achieving many firsts in super-high-rise buildings and being the main builder of the first height. For example, the world's tallest building at that time-Shanghai World Financial Center (492m, responsible for high-rise air conditioning), the tallest building in Europe-Russian Federation Building (342.8m), and the first building in 1997 showed good advantages in terms of large-scale high-tech electronic factories. It has successively contracted and built Wuxi Hynix Semiconductor Factory, Hefei BOE Factory and Dalian Intel Factory, especially among the three 8th generation line projects officially approved and started construction in China, the First Bureau contracted two of them, namely Kunshan Longfei Project and Shenzhen Huaxing Project.
