The core business of TEDA Group mainly includes three levels:
First, the development of land plots mainly based on land resources and urban management represented by environmental protection and greening industries. TEDA Group will become a land developer and urban resource franchisee, focusing on resource management.
Secondly, the real estate industry based on land resources, including residential and commercial development, makes use of the existing tight and semi-tight enterprise resources of the Group, and obtains relevant profits in the secondary development on the basis of land realization income.
