According to Encyclopedia, China Sinochem Group Co., Ltd., referred to as Sinochem Group or Sinochem Group for short, is a large state-owned backbone central enterprise, which was established in March 1950 and formerly known as China Chemical Import and Export Corporation.
Sinochem is one of the four state-owned oil companies in China, mainly engaged in energy, agriculture, chemicals, real estate and finance.
