Jiang Xiaoyan, male, Han nationality, formerly known as small swallow, was born in Guilin, Guangxi, and Fenghua, Ningbo, Zhejiang,1March, 989 1942. Jiang Xiaoyan and Jiang Xiaoci are the twin brothers of Jiang Jingguo and Zhang Yaruo. They were born in Guilin during their stay in War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression.
Since their marriage, the two illegitimate children have taken their mother's surname Zhang, but their names are the same as those of other children.

Jiang Xiaoyan was Jiang Jingguo's second son, and his mother Zhang Yaruo died in August 1942. The two brothers were raised by Zhang Huanruo.
