Capacity of Hebi Tongli Cement Plant
Hebi Tongli Cement Plant has a strong production capacity. At present, it has 8 production lines with an annual production capacity of120,000 tons. Among them, 4 production lines adopt advanced dry production technology and 4 production lines adopt wet production technology. These production lines can not only produce ordinary portland cement, slag cement, blast furnace slag cement, white cement and other traditional cement products, but also produce high value-added products such as high-performance concrete and cement products.

Operation steps of Hebi Tongli Cement Plant
1. Raw material batching: raw materials such as limestone, clay and iron ore contained in raw meal are mixed and batching according to a certain proportion.
2. Sintering raw materials: the prepared raw materials are sent to a kiln for sintering, and the sintered raw materials are called clinker.
3. Grinding: the clinker is sent to a cement mill and ground into cement powder with a certain fineness.
4. Packaging: The ground cement powder is packaged by an automatic packaging machine, and the packaged cement bag can be directly transported to the market.
