Why did Wan buy Jinlong Electromechanical?

Wan bought Jinlong Electromechanical because they signed the relevant agreement. In the Framework Agreement on Asset Restructuring of Jinlong Holding Group and Its Related Entities signed by Wan and the shareholders of Jinlong Group, the assets and liabilities of Jinlong Group Company shall be enjoyed and borne by Wan or the third party designated by Wan. If according to the reorganization agreement, Wan will either take over Jinlong Group himself or appoint a third party to take over, then Wan will acquire Jinlong Electromechanical.
