How long will the acquisition report of listed companies be suspended?

Where a listed company suspends its trading due to the planning of major asset restructuring, it shall undertake to suspend trading for no more than 30 natural days from the date when it announces the entry of major asset restructuring procedures to the date when the major asset restructuring plan or draft is first disclosed. If it is really necessary to postpone the resumption of trading, the listed company may apply for an extension of the resumption of trading in accordance with the relevant provisions of this Exchange before the expiration of the suspension period, and the cumulative suspension period shall not exceed 3 months in principle.

Article 89 of the Securities Law of People's Republic of China (PRC)

To make an offer for purchase in accordance with the provisions of the preceding article, the purchaser must announce the acquisition report of the listed company and specify the following items: (1) the name and domicile of the purchaser; (2) the acquisition decision of the purchaser. (3) The name of the acquired listed company. (4) the purpose of the acquisition; (5) The detailed name of the shares to be purchased and the amount of the shares to be purchased; (six) the purchase period, the purchase price; (seven) the amount of funds required for the acquisition and the guarantee of funds; (8) The ratio of the number of shares held by the acquired company to the total issued shares of the company when the acquisition report of the listed company is published.
